This year, we're donating another rockin' Bodacious Raffle Basket for the Pawtoberfest! The proceeds from this event helps local homeless, abused and neglected animals.

We delivered a very special Bodacious Raffle Basket for a Tigger House fundraising event. Since 2004, Tigger House has helped American soldiers bring home the dogs they've bonded with or rescued while serving our country and don't have the heart to leave behind.

Kenway's Cause is having their 3rd Annual Golf Tournament and we're donating a rockin' Bodacious Raffle Basket to help raise money for the shelter babies. It's a super fun event and it all ends with a scrumptious dinner!

Two events in one weekend?! Yes! The New London Animal Shelter will be hosting their Gardening Day on Sunday, June 14th of 2015. We'll be there with a full setup of goodies for both pups and hoomans. We'll be here on June 13th of 2015 with the awesome people from The Friends of Windsor Animal Care and Control and a fully stocked table.  Lots of great stuff going on that day including a cookout, raffle table and local vendors. And, you'll have the chance to meet ACO Davis. The event runs 9-4, however, we will be heading out around 1-2 to attend a special gathering hosted by Kenway's Cause.

With the money raised from our latest Bodacious Grab Bag fundraiser we were able to purchase 14 extra large natural bones and 3 huge jars of Skippy All Natural peanut butter for the Plainfield pound pups! And of course, we included lots of biscuit love!

May 20th through June 5th of 2015 (or until supplies last), we're revving up our Bodacious T-Shirts & Biscuit Packages again! All money raised is going to the Ledyard Animal Control for their Autumn's Fund. This helps to cover the cost of medical treatment at All Friend's Animal Hospital for the sick and injured animals that arrive at the shelter.

We are super excited about this event! Two great causes in one day. The fee for our rental table will be going to the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. At our table we'll be offering our fresh made biscuits and dog-themed T-Shirts that were donated by Raining Cats & Dogs. Proceeds will be given to the Ledyard Animal Control Autumn's Fund. This is a fund used through All Friends Animal Hospital, LLC to treat sick or injured pets that arrive at the Ledyard Pound. It covers medical costs, prescriptions, surgery etc.

We've having another Cans For Cookies fundraiser for these lil' nuggets of love who are residing at the New London pound. They were rescued from a dumpster and, at 4 weeks old, are going through 4-6 cans of food a day. The pound is running low on canned kitten food so from May 15 through May 21 of 2015 we're collecting cans of kitten food and offering a complimentary bag of fresh made chocolate chip "hooman" cookies, or a bag of biscuits if you prefer, to all the "hoomans" who donate 6 or more cans of kitten food or makes a donation towards the purchase of food.

Guess what we're offering again? May 9th through May 14th of 2015 our Bodacious Grab Bags will be available for a $10 donation. The money raised will be used to purchase extra large natural bones and Skippy Natural Peanut butter for the Plainfield Animal Control pound pups.

Guess where we'll be on June 6th?!?! At the Wolcott Animal Control Rabies and Microchip Clinic! We'll have a full Bodacious Biscuit Love setup at this event with both biscuits and fresh made "hooman" cookies. We'll be donating a raffle basket to raise money for the sweet Wolcott pound pups.

Sadly, we were't able to participate in this event due to work, however, we donated a gorgeous raffle basket. Proceeds from Spring Bark for the Park went to support the Colchester Dog Park.

Guess where we're gonna be on May 30th? We're going to have a full display at the Ledyard Animal Control Appreciation Day 2015! Stop by to grab some biscuits and join in on all the fun and activities. We'll also be donating a raffle basket for this event. The money raised will help purchase flea, tick & heart-worm preventative for the animals at the Ledyard Animal Shelter.

The fabulous Tonya, New London's ACO, is holding up the Bodacious Basket of Easter Biscuits we delivered to the pound pups. Lil' Lobo took a liking to her as well.

NECCOG was one of the local shelters that received a Bodacious Basket of Easter Biscuits. Our lil' Lobo assisted us with deliveries and he took a liking to Shea, the assistant ACO.

Piper's care package was sent! Included is a personalized jar filled with biscuits, a spring/summer bandanna made by the talented Megan, lots of biscuits for the sweet Bethlehem pound pups and a check to help cover the cost of Piper's surgery and recovery.

This year, our Bodacious Valentine's Day Hearts are dedicated to a very special puppy named Piper. You can read about this sweet baby here. A portion of the proceeds from our Valentine's Day hearts will be donated to assist with the cost of Piper's surgery.

We had to reschedule the delivery date twice because of Mother Nature's wrath, but finally on February 8th, we made the trip to Windsor. Between the money raised from our Bodacious Grab Bags and a last minute blanket donation, we delivered over 50 blankets for the Windsor pound pups! Of course, we included some biscuit love!

Our first fundraiser of 2015 was launched on January 13th! We offered Bodacious Biscuit Grab Bags for a $10 donation. The bags were filled to the brim with our scrumptious biscuits! All money raised was used to purchase blankets for the Friends of Windsor Animal Care & Control.

Rosie Sheridan and her mom team up and throughout the year they make blankets and collect toys, treats and food to deliver around the holiday season. This year, the lucky pups over at the Animal Welfare Society in Kennebunk, Maine were the lucky recipients. We shipped Rosie some biscuit love to include this year! A huge thank you for helping us spread the biscuit love!

Our '12 Shelters of Christmas' was a success! We shipped and delivered boxes filled with Holiday Biscuit Love to the sweet shelter babies all over Connecticut. And, we included some fresh baked cookies for all the ACO's, staff and volunteers at these shelters. We're looking forward to doing it again next year!

We had a special visitor! Kristin Judd, from the Dan Cosgrove Animal Shelter, drover over 2 hours round trip to pick up a raffle basket we donated for their Home for the Holidays Cocktail Party. We also made sure to stock them up with plenty of Bodacious Biscuit Love.

We launched an unplanned fundraiser on November 13th to benefit sweet baby Fox. You can read all about that here. This fundraiser is available through the end of December and every penny earned is being handed over to the Ledyard Animal Control for Fox's medical expenses.

On October 2nd we launched our Bags for Biscuits fundraiser to benefit the Bethlehem Shelter Dogs. We collected and purchased bags of grain free dog food, canned food, treats, toys, collars, leashes and we'll be adding bags of Bodacious Biscuits! We'll be personally delivering all of THIS to Bethlehem on November 8th!

We'll be at the Whiskers in Wonderland event on December 7th with a full setup! Stop by for an afternoon of fun and delicious baked treats. And don't forget to bring in a donation of pet food or supplies for the sweet shelter babies.

We are happy to announce that we have another display set up at the Plainfield Veterinary Hospital! They're located at 1100 Norwich Road in Plainfield. A huge thank you to the staff for making space for us and showing your support!

We are super excited about this event put on by Ledyard C.H.A.I.N.  We'll be there with a full Bodacious Biscuit Love setup and we're also providing a prize for the pumpkin decorating contest. Lots of cool stuff will be going on including a demo by Ledyard Animal Control, miniature horses for the kids to pet, raffle baskets, hayrides and more!  We hope to see you there!

On October 7th, we shipped out a raffle basket for the Pawtoberfest event going on in Wolcott! We filled one of our festive fall pails with a jumbo bag of pumpkin shaped biscuits and included a $15 gift certificate. This is a rockin' event that raises money for local homeless, abused and neglected animals.

To celebrate our 1 year anniversary, we're hosting a Bodacious Yard & Bake Sale. Get all the details here. We hope you stop by to visit! And...keep your fingers crossed for a gorgeous day!

We're gonna be there with a full Bodacious Biscuit Love setup! And, this time around, we're gonna offer up some fresh made "hooman" cookie love. Choose from chocolate chip or cranberry white chip. We'll see you there!

October 1st through the 18th we're offering these festive fall pails as part of our Bags for Biscuits dog food drive for the Bethlehem Shelter Dogs. Each pail is filled with a jumbo bag of pumpkin shaped biscuit. We're asking a $10 donation per pail. All money raised will be used to purchase food that we'll be personally delivering the first week of November. In addition, if you donate dry or wet dog food, you'll get a complimentary bag of our biscuits.

We're teaming up with Ledyard Animal Control to sell some cool dog themed t-shirts and sweatshirts. We've got over 200 shirts available that were donated by Raining Cats & Dogs down in Olde Mistick Village. All money raised is going to the Ledyard pound pups to cover the cost of food, supplies, toys, etc. Some of that money will be put into Autumn's Fund...a program Ledyard Animal Control uses through All Friends Animal Hospital to treat the animals that come into the shelter.  These shirts will be available until they're gone! Tees are $3 and sweatshirts $5.

There are quite a few pups at the Hartford Animal Shelter and when we saw a post asking for donations of rawhide bones, we decided to help out. For a week we offered a free bag of biscuits or fresh made chocolate chip cookies for large rawhide bone donations. Within a week, we had enough rawhide bones to fill a large box! We added lots of biscuit love, shipped it out and the following day the Hartford Shelter received their care package

Eight weeks ago, some very special puppies were born at the Ledyard pound. Every week, sometimes twice a week, we ventured down to visit Mama and the pups. We are honored to have been a part of their journey for the past 8 weeks. It's been incredible to say the very least. All 9 pups have been adopted and will be going to their furever home. We put together these adorable biscuit and blanket packages for them to take to their new home.

Our Cans For Cookies drive was a huge success and a stunning example of what teamwork is all about! For over a week, we offered bags of fresh made chocolate chip cookies in exchange for dog food donations for NECCOG animal services. We wanted to stock their shelves with much needed food for the sweet shelter pups. We had donations come in from all over Connecticut, Massachusetts and even Maine!

We want to give a huge shout out to All Friends Animal Hospital for inviting us to set up a display there. They are located in Norwich, Connecticut so if you're local, stop by and pick up a bag or two. All proceeds are used to purchase ingredients, supplies and to cover shipping costs so we can spread the Bodacious Biscuit Love to shelters, foster and rescue pups. Thank you to the owners and staff for your support!

One afternoon, while delivering biscuit love to a local shelter, a lady stopped by with about a dozen boxes of towels. The shelter took 3 of the boxes. When the lady inquired if we knew of other shelters, we explained who we were and what we do. She donated the rest of the boxes to Bodacious Biscuit Love to distribute to the shelters in need. Within 2 weeks, we had delivered the boxes of towels to several shelters.

Never underestimate the power of social media! On the afternoon of August 14th we posted that NECCOG animal services was running low on dog food. The response was overwhelming. We spent about 3 hours picking up food donations and purchased food with a few monetary donations that people gave us shortly after posting our announcement. The teamwork involved was remarkable! The next day we delivered all of this to NECCOG.

The first week of August we held a Bodacious Biscuit Love fundraiser for the sweet shelter dogs in Bethlehem. We used all proceeds to purchase peanut butter, Kong toys, Nylabone chews and other sturdy chew toys. We personally delivered these items the following week along with lots of biscuit love!

On July 17th we launched a fundraiser for the NECCOG animal shelter. We offered several Bodacious Biscuit Love bundles and sold out! We had reached our goal! Every penny earned was used to purchase much needed items like dog and cat food, rawhide bones, cleaning supplies, laundry soap, washcloths and more! The following week we delivered the items. It was a happy day!

We've got one more event this month...on June 28th we're joining forces with RoseHope Animal Refuge for the annual Tent Event at LaBonnes Market in Watertown. There's gonna be lots of pups and kitties, a bake sale, face painting, vendors and more!

We are spreading some Bodacious Biscuit Love to the peeps over at Brass City Rescue Alliance for the 7th annual Puppy Pride event. We whipped up a rockin' raffle basket for the and lots of biscuits to hand out during the event!

A contact of ours reached out to us about a friend of hers who suffered a tragic house fire and she lost 2 of her 3 pups. This sweet girl, princess, survived however, she lost everything.  We launched A Box Of Love For Princess fundraiser. Our Bodacious community came forth and donated toys, blankets, a dog bed and other goodies. We took a portion of our biscuit proceeds to purchase much needed items. The fundraiser was a huge success and Prinecess was one happy girl!

We are super excited to be attending the Wolcott Animal Control's Rabies Clinic and Pet Fair. Although we've shipped lots of biscuit love to the Wolcott Pound, we've never met Roz...the rockin' ACO.  We'll have a full Bodacious Biscuit Love setup and we finally get to meet the wonderful people from the pound. This event is June 7th from 10 a.m - 4 p.m. and you can enjoy goodies from various vendors, food & drink, raffles, pet massage, and there will be a pet photographer there. Lots of greats stuff so swing on by!

On occasion, a litter of puppies are born at a shelter. This was the case at NECCOG almost 8 weeks ago. These sweet pups were fostered by some people with big hearts and lots of love. They've all been adopted out and will be going to their furever homes in the next couple of days. We made up puppy packages filled with biscuits for the new pup parents to take home. And, we got to visit with the puppies. Pure. Therapy.

We are excited to announce that we have a Bodacious Biscuit Love display at Hardcore Sweet Cupcakes! Husband & Wife owners, Nicole & Jeremy, are wonderful people who give back to the community...and this includes rescue efforts. This talented duo won the Food Network's Cupcake Wars last fall and it was well deserved! Their cupcakes are out of this world! Stop by, say hi and grab some of their decadent treats. They're located at 20 Main Street in Oakville, Connecticut.

We've been spreading the biscuit love to the sweet shelter babies in Ledyard for a while now and we love visiting this location. During the All Friends Animal Hospital Pet Fair, Kimlyn, the awesome ACO, invited us to this event and of course we said YES! If you're in the area, stop by! There will be vendors, the Basket Bonanza, and vaccinations will be provided by AFAH. Local residents will also be able to register their dogs.

We aren't physically going to be at this event however, Caroline, a wonderful lady from RoseHope AnimalRefuge, will be setting up a table and spreading the biscuit love for us. A couple days prior to the event, we'll be meeting her halfway to drop off a raffle basket and bags o' biscuits. All proceeds from this event go directly towards the care of the animals at the Southbury Shelter. For more information, you can check out Martha's Voice.

We absolutely love All Friends Animal Hospital for so many reasons. We were invited to set up a display at their 5th annual Pet Fair and, of course, we said YES! We're super excited! We'll also be donating 3 raffle baskets. The proceeds from those will help abandoned and abused animals that need medical care.  If you're local to the area, stop on by. There's a lot of great stuff going on and it's your chance to meet some pups up for adoption, shop, enter some raffles, enjoy fare from The Rolling Tomato and more!

After four days of baking and decorating over 500 biscuits, we were ready for our Bodacious Easter Basket week. We filled as many Easter baskets as we could and delivered to local animal shelters and to people who have rescue and foster pups residing in their home. It was an extraordinary week and we're looking forward to next year!
