Thank You To Barnaby And His Beautiful Mama, Claudia

Since the launch of Bodacious Biscuit Love, we've had biscuit love displays at several locations. These locations have been all over the Connecticut map from as far away as Oakville to as close as 5 minutes down the road. Due to changes we've made over the years, especially in the past year, we've pulled our displays from several locations due to distance. Currently, our only location is as the VCA Plainfield Animal Hospital.

We're looking for a few more nearby locations to set up a display.

As we've pulled our displays from these too-far-away locations, almost immediately after, a Dog Mom, Dog Dad or Pup has reached out asking how they can continue to get bags of biscuit love.

One of these pups was sweet baby Barnaby and his Mama, Claudia. Barnaby is a spunky senior pup who celebrated his 15th birthday last year.

Since the first moment they reached out, we made sure they had bags of biscuit love delivered to their doorstep as needed.

We absolutely adore Barnaby and his Mama.

Up until this weekend, we usually shipped their box o' biscuit love. However, due to life's happenings, Barnaby was almost out of biscuits. The quickest we'd be able to bake and ship biscuits was early next week.

However...we offered to deliver.

I had time to bake biscuits on Thursday for a special delivery early this afternoon.

That's exactly what happened.

The highlight of all of this is we got to meet Barnaby and his Mama in person.

There are no words to describe moments like this.

What I can say is that it's moments like this that makes what we do totally worth it.

That includes baking biscuits at 2 a.m.

Thank you Barnaby. Thank you Claudia.

Thank you to our incredible Bodacious Community.

You inspire us. You motivate us. You've gotten us through the trials an tribulations and those infamous growing pains.

It's moments like today where we take a step back. Reflect.

Exhale.

And, at the end of the day, think, "Yep. This is why we do what we do."
