We'll Be Back On January 1st! See You Next Year!

For this entire week, we've got a lot of catching up to do. November and December were very busy months for us. On top of that, we're expanding in 2017 and there's a lot of work to be done between now and then. Lots. Of. Work. It's only Tuesday and I'm already exhausted. Gah!

This Video Of Whiskers In Wonderland 2016 Is Worth The Watch

This was our 3rd year participating in Whiskers In Wonderland. In addition to our Bodacious Biscuit Love table, we had a Bodacious Baked Goods table. AND, a dear friend of ours accompanied us to help out with our tables.

We Delivered Our First Holiday Biscuit Love O' Gram

Over the past few years, we've done a lot of cool Bodacious Holiday stuff for the Christmas season. The list is lengthy. This year, we added another thing to that list. A Holiday Biscuit Love O' Gram.  A couple of weeks ago, a sweet lady reached out to us and asked if we could make and deliver some holiday biscuits to a local-to-us family member. We happen to know her family member and have for quite some time. Of course, we said YES!

The second-to-the-last item up for grabs for the Bodacious 12 Days of Christmas is THIS! It's a gorgeous wicker basket packed with 3 bags of our biscuits, a paw print ceramic pup food/water bowl, a pup themed t-shirt, the original 'Dog Shaming' book by Pascale Lemire, and a dozen of our homemade chocolate chip cookies.

You'd Think, After 30+ Hours Of Baking Biscuits We'd Have More Than This, But...

We spent over 10 hours baking holiday biscuit love each day on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. That's over 30 hours total. When we tell people about that, they assume we have thousands upon thousands of biscuits baked. Truth is, with all of that time spent baking, the total amount of dog biscuits baked was a little under 2,000. When you think about it, that doesn't seem like a lot when there's a 30+ hour baking time attached to it.

The Final Item For Our Bodacious 12 Days Of Christmas Remains A Mystery

Despite the best of efforts, the item I wanted to offer today for the final day of our Bodacious 12 Days Of Christmas isn't complete. Sigh. I tried. Our goal is to post it on Friday, but at this point, that's tentative. Why? We spent over 10 hours baking holiday biscuit love on Saturday and another 10 on Sunday. Today will be the same. When we bake biscuits, it takes up all of our counter and table space.

Another DIY Dog Mom Project And Holiday Biscuit Combo Up For Grabs

Like with yesterday, today we offered a combination DIY Dog Mom Project and holiday biscuit love combo. At first appearance, the small leash/pup apparel holder looks...blank. Boring. However, the hand painted and distressed wood square is actually a blank canvas.

Peace. Love. Paws. And, Holiday Dog Biscuits.

We're on the 10th day of the Bodacious 12 Days Of Christmas. It's been a few days since we've offered a DIY Dog Mom Project item. Today was the day. Yesterday, I made this 'Peace, Love, and Paws' decorative wooden wall sign. I sanded, painted, sanded again for a distressed appearance, lettered, added a few coats of gloss, and finished it off with a twine hanger.

You Asked. We Listened. We Offered It.

On the 3rd day of the Bodacious 12 Days Of Christmas we offered a Bodacious Movie Night Pack. This snack pack was filled with a bag of biscuits, a small bag of Christmas tree shaped biscuits drizzled with a lil' sweetness, a dozen homemade "hooman" chocolate chip cookies, and a bag of popcorn. It sold in about 17 minutes. Since then, a few people have reached out and asked if we could offer this item again.

It's the 8th day of our Bodacious 12 Days Of Christmas! This project is going by so fast! After today, we only have 4 more days! We've had so much fun putting this together and coming up with cool DIY projects, Bodacious Holiday Bundles, and other creative ideas. To those who have already asked, yes, we're doing this again next year. How could we not?!?!

We Decided To Surprise Everyone With A DIY Doggy Toy Box Up For Grabs

Back in June, we made 3 DIY toy boxes for our fur-kids. Prior to that, all of their toys were in a basket that sat on the living room floor. Over the past few years, our family has gotten bigger. The basket was great when it was only Coco, but with 2 other fur-kids, it was time to update. In addition, our 3 legged fur-kid, Lobo, wasn't able to grab toys or bones from the basket.

We Dressed Up A Ceramic Doggy Dish With Lots Of Biscuits

On occasion, when we're out and about, we pick up dog themed items that we can tuck into Bodacious Raffle Baskets, use for fundraisers, or keep on hand for gifts. One of our favorite things to check out are ceramic dog dishes. Not too long ago we found a few that caught our attention and they were on sale. The shelf was almost empty. We scooped up the last few available.  We used one of those bowls today for a Bodacious Holiday bundle.

A Bodacious Holiday Bundle And A Biscuit Deal, Oh My!

Today we posted two items for the Bodacious 12 Days Of Christmas. The first item we were going to post early evening yesterday, but after participating in the Whiskers In Wonderland and getting some stuff done after we got home, we ran a lot later than expected.

We Had Every Intention Of Posting An Item Today, But...

We had every intention of posting our 4th item for the Bodacious 12 Days Of Christmas earlier today. We announced yesterday it wouldn't be posted until early evening because we spent the afternoon participating in the Whiskers In Wonderland event. However, we ran a little later than expected. By the time we got home, put the stuff away, spent time with our fur-kids, fed them dinner, did some housework, got the kitchen cleaned and organized after our bake fest yesterday, and grabbed a bite to eat, it was too late.

'Tis The Season For A Bodacious Movie Night Snack Pack

As of late, I've seen so many photos posted of "hoomans" and pups snuggling on the sofa. Throw blankets. A holiday movie or two. A Christmas tree in the background. This was the inspiration behind the Bodacious Movie Night Snack Pack. It was the 3rd item up to grab for our Bodacious 12 Days Of Christmas.

We Got Creative And Made A Bodacious Holiday Bundle For Day 2

I'm a huge fan of holiday gift bundles and baskets. In fact, for Christmas, we give our friends gourmet gift baskets that we fill ourselves. They're loaded with homemade baked goods and confections, coffees, teas, trinkets, treats, and treasures. I wanted to extend my adoration for gift bundles to the Bodacious 12 Days Of Christmas.

These 3 Ornaments Kicked Off The Bodacious 12 Days Of Christmas

Have you ever completed a craft project with the intention to sell or give as a gift and had difficulty parting with it? That was the case with our first item up for the Bodacious 12 Days Of Christmas. A few days ago, Lisa hand-cut these ornaments, attached a screw in loop, and handed em' over to me so I could do my thing.
