A Bodacious Evening Of Scrumptious Food And Beautiful Energy
One of the many things we love about Bodacious Biscuit Love are the extraordinary "hoomans" we've met along the way. Whether it's our local Animal Control Officers or volunteers for various animal rescue organizations, it's been a pleasure getting to know these awesome "hoomans." During the past almost-two-years, our Bodacious Community has expanded far and wide all over the United States.
Over time, friendships have deepened. They've become our family. While schedules are hectic and planning a gathering is often a challenge, at times, it just happens. Spontaneity. You just go with it. Say yes. Adjust our schedules accordingly. Make it happen.
Lisa and I very seldom go out. I can't remember the last time we dined at a restaurant. Going out during the week is a rare occurrence unless it's to pick up biscuits supplies, ship Bodacious Boxes O' Biscuits, deliver biscuits to local shelters or run errands. That, in addition to baking, takes up most of our time outside of work. The weekends are usually spent catching up on other stuff. Housework. More errands. Yard work. Small projects around the house.
Tonight, we made an exception. A Tuesday night. Very little notice. Family. Scrumptious food. A few adult beverages. Great conversation. A copious amount of laughs. Beautiful energy. Lots of love. Much needed.
Our fur-niece, Smudge, was even excited. Aunties were coming to visit and she knew we'd have biscuits.
Time. Well. Spent.
